Learn about my consultations for SIBO treatment: how I work, price, etc.

How do consultations work?

Consultations are conducted exclusively online via video call. To do so, there’s no need to create an account or any software to install because we will use Google Meet. I will send you all necessary details once you have booked a meeting via the appointment booking module.

Note that I’m french but I know how to speak English. Also, as I live in France, take into account that my working hours coud be in a different timezone (in winter UTC+01:00 time zone and in summer UTC+02:00 time zone). Find more information about schedules on my booking page.

The advantage to do video consultations is that I can help you wherever you live.

My SIBO treatment support program is personalized and tailored to your individual situation.

I offer several appointments at key treatment dates. During these appointments, important information will be discussed (treatment information, tools, etc.).

To ensure the treatment is successful and that you can recover from SIBO, I recommend attending the four key appointments (details below). Between these appointments, I will also be available to answer your questions by email but it is during these appointments that you will receive the information necessary to pursue your treatment. Furthermore, it is during these appointments that we will be able to better communicate, and I could answer your questions in more detail.

SIBO treatment consultations last from 30 minutes to 1 hour and are conducted as follows:

First Meeting

During the first appointment, we will make an overview of your situation towards SIBO disease. It is during this session that I will present to you how the program works.
First, several tests will be performed before starting treatment to ensure a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific situation taking into account intolerances, specific diet, etc.). The results of these tests will provide key information for the next steps of treatment.

Second Meeting

From the second appointment, I will introduce you to the tools you will use throughout the treatment and I will share tips to carry out your treatment in the best conditions. Among other things, we will discuss the dashboard (food diary, etc.), the dosage of supplements (herbal supplements, prokinetics, etc.) and we will see together the diet to follow for phase 1 of the treatment.

Third Meeting

Since the treatment takes place in several phases, we will discuss the possible progression to the next phase during this third appointment. This will be determined based on your feelings, symptoms, weight, overall condition, etc.
During this appointment, I will present the diet to follow for phase 2 of the treatment. It is also during this appointment that I will share with you how to activate your vagus nerve to stimulate Migrating Motor Complex (MMC). At the end of the appointment, I will send you the list of possible causes of SIBO so that you can identify them before our 4th appointment.

Fourth Meeting

Before the end of treatment, we will discuss the next steps during this fourth appointment according to your situation.
You will need to perform a new SIBO test thanks to which we could interpret the treatment’s effectiveness. Based on the results of this test, I will be able to advise you on the next steps: a food reintroduction plan and some tips to follow if SIBO disappears or, if necessary, pursuing a second treatment cycle by using new supplements.
Finally, we will discuss about possible causes of your SIBO that you have suspected so that you can treat them and achieve a lasting cure for SIBO.
